Financial Support

Check out the guidelines on how to donate financially to Liberian mission work - click here.

The Liberia Annual Conference runs 53 schools in Liberia, most in locations where there is no government school. Many students need assistance to pay their fees. You can support scholarships for students in schools through Advance 15125B. As little as $50.00 per year can help a student have access to education in rural areas of Liberia through United Methodist Schools.

Health Care

The United Methodist Church in Liberia runs 5 clinics and the Ganta hospital. Assistance is needed for Traditional Birth Attendant Training, Upgrading Professional Staff and Salary Support, Water and Sanitation Projects, and Aids Awareness and Malaria Prevention. (Advance 3020622)

Making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world is the global mission of the United Methodist Church. A vibrant church in requires dynamic leaders. Many pastors in Liberia receive only a meager salary of a few hundred dollars. Support of pastor and district superintendent salaries is one way we can support these dedicated individuals as they lead a vibrant church in Liberia.
